Antique Hand Painted Porcelain Candle Holder RC Moliere Bavaria Germany Artist Signed

Description:  A German porcelain single candle stick holder by RC Bavaria Germany circa 1891-1906. Beautifully hand-painted and decorated with pink roses on a pastel blend of blue and minty green with a gold gilt finger holder and highlights. Signed by the artist on the bottom base, “Montgomery”. Even though being over 100 years old, it does exhibit a few issues which are discussed below under Condition, such a pretty piece that should not be overlooked.

Condition: Previously owned - used. Colors are still in good condition. There is a 2" hairline crack on the back side which runs through the bottom on one set of pierced holes (shown in 2nd to last photo). It does go through to the front side although extremely faint and not easily noticeable. Still appears to be strong in that area with no signs of weakness. One 1/8" nick on rim (as shown). Light wear on bottom base. beautiful signed piece that is still functional. Please refer to photographs.
