Description: A Tea Leaf Ironstone Wash Pitcher from the late 1800s by Bishop & Stonier, Staffordshire, England. This triangular shaped leaf motif in a gold lustre is featured on two sides with a banded trim on the exterior rim. It is beautifully glazed standing 11 ½” tall in the Chelsea fluted body style, offering simplicity and functionality from the Victorian era.

Condition: Previously owned - used. Over 140 years old. Considered good. No chips or repairs. Under base of handle, towards bottom are spider-like hairline cracks in a 2 inch section. On the inside in that same area, it be slightly seen in a bruising form although cannot be felt (as shown). Still strong and tested with no leaks. Rim is smooth with no roughness, nicks or chips. Wear to gold highlights on handle. Light wear on round base. Missing Wash Basin. Refer to photographs as they are part of the description.
