Product Description:  This hand-painted, floral tole tray by Fine Arts Studio, Philadelphia, PA is stunning. The vibrant, hand-painted cluster of flowers on black is a perfect contrast and will add color to any room. Four scrolled feet are attached to the base which provides a slight lift from a flat surface and adds an elegant touch. A very nice example of mid-20th century work of art by a talented artist.
