Description:  Introducing a Petrus Regout, Royal Sphinx Large Charger, made in Holland.  This beautiful blue & white transferware wall décor features a horse-drawn carriage with a couple enjoying a ride. It’s a large size charger measuring just over 15 1/2 inches in diameter, with a hanger just waiting to be displayed.
