Antique English White Ironstone Pitcher by W & E Corn Burslem, England c. 1800's
Description: During the Victorian era, Ironstone pitchers and basins were commonly seen in most homes. This beautiful white ironstone pitcher from the late 1800's was made by W & E Corn in Burslem, England. It stands 11 1/2” tall with a simple yet elegant shape. It features a smooth, white surface with a simple ripple motif at the thumb rest area. So fresh, this ironstone pitcher is beautiful and functional!

Condition: Previously owned - used. No crazing. Inside is clean other than a few sand or other deposits which appear to be from the manufacture process. Marks on the bottom (as shown). Appears to be from the making of the pitcher (as shown). There is a ¾” half circle crack on left side lip looking from the front (as shown). Crack does not go through to the inside. Still appears to be strong and sturdy. A 1/4" nick on opposite side of lip (as shown). Small scrape on the exterior, near bottom. Light wear on bottom base foot.
