Antique Rustic Woven Wood Splint Basket Rectangular

Product Description: This early, weaved basket has a wonderful rustic appearance with a deep brown tone and aged surface. In rectangular form, it’s crafted of woven wood strips with a wrapped rim. Although not perfect with some damage with broken areas of weaves, it still is functional with many possible uses. Displaying it on your bathroom counter or side table with rolled wash clothes or hand towels will add country, rustic charm to your home.

Condition:  Previously owned - used.  "Some damage". Areas of broken splint weaves. Base still appears to be strong for displaying light weight objects. Would not recommend hanging on a wall contained with heavy objects. Wrapped rim is solid and strong. One short side is loose and no longer attached to the top rim, only sides and bottom (as shown). It is not known if basket once had handles. Overall basket is fairly strong and usable. Please refer to photographs as they are part of the description.
