Antique Deep Green and White Swirl Graniteware Milk Cream Pail Lid & Bail Handle

Description:  Green and white swirl enamelware is one of the popular color choices among collectors. This amazing agate milk pail with metal lid and bail handle is a special one with a glossy, vibrant Chrysolite blue/green and white swirl exterior with white interior.  It stands 8” tall to the top of the lid and once held up to 2 quarts of milk. An outstanding color and rare timeless collectible that showcases beautifully. An agateware collectible which is difficult to acquire in this color.

Condition: Previously owned - used. Condition is good and consistent with age and use. No holes or leaks. Exterior is vibrant, colorful and glossy. Bail handle and lid exhibits age darkening and patina. Lid is an extremely tight fit and may take some work to put on and take off. ½” dent on top of lid (as shown). There are 5-6 enamel chips around rim of base. Some staining and yellowing on interior, mostly on bottom and top inside edge. ½ rusty enamel chip on interior base (as shown). Due to age, bail handle is just a bit bent. Not recommended for food or liquid use. Being sold as a collectible for decorative purposes only.
