Antique Early American Spatula Unusual Decorative Folk Art Tulip Blade

Description:  During Colonial times and later, often many American homes were known to prepare meals over a wood fire. Early American kitchen tools - utensils were often seen hanging above the hearth on a timber or nearby the fire when not in use. This decorative spatula made of a wrought iron loop handle and sheet metal blade measures 17 3/4" inches.  What makes this one special is the rather large crafted folk art tulip shape blade. An unusual one which would look would display very nicely in a colonial style kitchen or near a hearth. Its a different one for sure.
