Product Description: A large, semi-porcelain platter in the “Pheasant” pattern by F. Winkle & Co., England. In oval form, it measures 18 1/4 inches long, featuring a transfer printed and hand-colored vibrant scene of a pheasant perched on a branch surrounded by orange and dark pink flowers, bordered with a geometric pattern and gold applied edge. Locating larger platters by F. Winkle & Co. - Whieldon Ware can be a challenge. Consider adding this exceptional piece to your collection.

Condition: Previously owned - used. Over 100 years old – considered good condition. No cracks, or chips. Bright and vibrant colors. Crazing is present more so on backside. A few light scratches and nick on front side, backside and edge (as shown). Crazing is present on backside, mostly within center area of bottom ring. Normal, light wear on base ring of plates.
