Description:  A classy, white ironstone covered vegetable tureen by Bishop & Stonier, Hanley, England. In rectangular form with double handles, this petite size, white tureen is glazed and trimmed in gold lustre with a rectangular leaved, tea leaf motif centered on the lid and body.

Condition: Previously owned - used.  Good condition. No chips, cracks or repairs. One nick on lip of bowl where lid rests. A few nicks on underside lid on lip. Light wear on rim. Gold wear on handles. Minimal gold wear on floral. Light wear on bottom footed base. Some crazing on body and lid. Under the lid at top left corner is an area of discolored crazing which is shown in photo. Not recommended for oven or microwave use. Sold as serve ware only.
