Product Description: Introduce vintage charm to your next lunch or dinner gathering with this Hand-Painted Nippon Serving Dish. Handcrafted in Japan, this glazed dish features charming pink roses, pastel blue trim, and a touch of gold gilt. The oval form with slightly cupped, pierced handles makes it perfect for serving appetizers or crudités.

Marks/Backstamps:  Hand Painted Nippon with Rising Sun Mark (in blue). Van Pattern’s #84. Worn stamp.

Origin:  Japan

Condition: Previously owned - used.  Considered good condition. Hand-painted colors on roses are still vibrant with no noticeable wear. Minor color wear and one nick on gold trim on rim. One ½” chip on back of one handle, moreso in glaze although did effect the back corner of handle (as shown). Cannot be seen from the front.
