Mid-Century Majestic Lucite Box Purse ~ 1950's

Product Description:  Heads will turn carrying this mid-century lucite purse.  Very popular in the 1950's, this trapezoid shape purse features a Lucite lid and handle with smooth, sleek lines.  The lift-up latch, body trim and handle hardware are a beautiful gold-tone with the inside bottom lined with a satin material. The inserts on all four sides are an elegant gold sparkle background with multi-flecks throughout.  It is signed Majestic ("M" shaped as the Crown), Pat. Pending. on the inside gold-tone trim.  An eye-catching accessory for those vintage enthusiasts .

Condition: Previously owned - used.  No cracks.   Lift-open latch and hinges are in working order although areas of gold trim do show some wear and scratches from normal wear.  Minor scuff and scratches in Lucite lid.
