Product Description: Display this Americana washboard from the earlier years with great advertising by National Washboard Company. Once a laundry necessity in most blue-collar homes, this washboard from the World War II era is constructed of wood and ribbed glass on one side, with the name “National” lightly incised on each glass rib. It measures 24 inches tall with all original nails. Two sided graphics on the wood panel makes this piece special. Red and black on one side and worn black graphics on the opposite side.
