Product Description:  This exquisite Noritake RC (Royal Crockery) covered butter dish from the early 1900's features a pretty, delicate pink rose swag motif with a touch of light blue floral on white glazed porcelain. Notice the gorgeous, scalloped, gold-beaded, gilt rim on both the domed bowl and the lid. The lid sits inside on a 1/2 off-white, non-glazed surface. Six air holes sit on top of the lid with a gold gilt handle.  This one will dress up your dinner table.  A gorgeous butter or cheese dish that would add elegance to your dining room table.

Dimensions:  4" height (overall with lid), dish/bowl: 1 3/4" height,  lid: 2 1/2" high (including handle), 6" I.D. of bowl, 5" approx. inside, bottom surface.

Condition:  Previously owned - used.  Condition consistent with age. Overall good condition.  No chips, cracks or crazing. Gold trim loss above where lid sits and on handle.  The non-glazed inner lip which lid sits on is slightly discolored.  Four noticeable glaze pits on the interior-bottom, most likely due to age.  Small pits on underneath base.  Minor roughness on underneath lip of lid.  Small surface marks.
